A. Seated MB Trunk Twist w/ Throw 2 x 10 throws per side
B. Sit-Up w/ MB Throw over Box 2 x 15 reps
C. Standing MB Trunk Twist Throw (against wall) 2 x 8 throws per side
D. Suspension V-Up 2 x 20 reps
E. Suspension Knee-to-Chest V-Up 2 x 20 reps
F. Suspension Trunk Twist 2 x 10 reps per side
G. Weighted Front Plank 3 set x 1 min

Recommend placing upper/lower body stretching movements between sets for 30-45 s active rest.
