Day #2 (Strength Lower Body)
A. Trap Bar Deadlift Work up to a max set of 3 reps
B. Bulgarian Split-Leg Deadlift — Perform 3 sets of 8-12 reps
C. Goblet Squat — Perform 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps
D. Towel-grip DB Farmer Walk/Cross-body db Raise —Perform 3-4 supersets x 12 reps/30yd
Strength Conditioning:
Prowler sprints – perform 5 30-yard sprints with about 1 minute rest between sprints
Forward and backward sled drags – perform 6 sets of 30 yards with 1-2 minutes rest between sets
