A. Box Squat to Box Jump - Perform 8 sets x 3 reps (45 sec rest)
B. Bulgarian Split Squat with Front Foot Elevated (6") - Perform 3 sets x 8-10 reps
C. Swiss Ball Back Bridge + Leg Curl - Perform 3 sets x 10-12 reps
D. Overhead MB Throw - 5 reps (30 sec rest between reps)
Complete Competitive Speed (Agility) at completion of this workout or on Saturday.
