Advanced HS Wk #3, Dy #3 - Explosive Upper Body
A. Incline DB Press (Palms In) — 3 x Max Reps, rest 90 seconds between sets.
B. Seated Cable Row/Kneeling ScareCrows — 3 supersets x 8-12 reps of each exercise
C. DB Shoulder Press — 4 sets x 8-15 reps
D. Zottman Curl/Swiss Ball DB Tricep Ext — 3 supersets x 8-12 reps of each exercise
Add Weighted Core to end of this workout if you didn't do it on Dy#3
