Advanced HS, Week #6, Day#3 Explosive Upper Body 4/26/12
A. DB Floor Press — 3 x Max Reps, rest 90 seconds between sets.
B. Suspension wide-grip Pull-up/Rack Clean — 3 supersets x 8-12 reps of each exercise
C. DB Side Press — 4 sets x 10 reps (Pull-over Chest Stretch x 20 sec between sets)
D. BB Curl/Tricep Pushdown — 3 supersets x 8-12 reps of each exercise
E. Close-grip Chin-Up - 1 set x max reps
Add Weighted Core to end of this workout if you didn't do it on Dy#3
