A. Box Squat (opt. w/ bands) Work up to a max set of 3 reps
B. Backward Sled Drag w/ long step — Perform 3 sets of 30 yd
C. Romanian Deadlift — Perform 3-4 sets of 8-12 reps
D. Band Pull-Throughs —Perform 3 supersets x 10 reps
Strength Conditioning:
Triple Set
Prowler sprints – Perform 6 sets for 10 yds
Forward sled drag - Perform 6 sets for 10 yds
Backward Sled Drag - Perform 6 sets for 10 yds
