A. Box Squat to Box Jump - Perform 6 sets x 3 reps (45 sec rest)
B. Barbell Lateral Squat (65% of weight used last week) - Perform 3 sets x 5 reps per side
C. 1-Leg Goodmorning w/ Jump - Perform 3 sets x 4 per leg
D. Kneeling Barbell Jump (Explosive) - Perform 3 sets x 5 reps
D. Overhead MB Throw - 5 reps (30 sec rest between reps)

Complete Competitive Speed (Agility) at completion of this workout or on Saturday.
