.A. Rack or Board Bench Press Work up to your 3 rep max, when you get to the last (3) sets you did last week do only (1) rep (not 3) So, your last 3 sets will be the same weight as last week, but perform only (1) rep on those 3 sets.
B. Tire Chest Push - Perform 3 sets for 20 seconds (Alt. DB Incline Press 3 x 6 reps - use weight you could perform 12 reps with)
C. Superset: Wide-grip Pulldown/Bent Rear Lateral Raise 4 supersets of 6 reps of each exercise
D. Barbell Hang Snatch - Perform 3 sets x 6 reps using no more than total weight used last week with KB seated hang snatch (Ex: If you used 40lb KB last week, your last set of BB snatch this week should be no heavier than 80lb)
