A. Box Squat to Box Jump - Perform 6 sets x 3 reps (45 sec rest)
B. Barbell Lateral Squat (Heavy) - Perform 3 sets x 5 reps per side
C. Swiss Ball Back Bridge + Leg Curl - Perform 3 sets x 6 per leg/6 reps both legs
D. Kneeling Barbell Jump (Explosive) - Perform 3 sets x 5 reps
D. Overhead MB Throw - 5 reps (30 sec rest between reps)
Complete Competitive Speed (Agility) at completion of this workout or on Saturday.
