Advanced HS, Week #4, Day#3 - Explosive Upper Body
A. Incline DB Press (Palms In, may also use bands) — 3 x Max Reps, rest 90 seconds between sets.
B. Seated Sled Pull for Speed/Kneeling ScareCrows — 3 supersets x 8-12 reps of each exercise
C. DB Side Press — 4 sets x 8-15 reps www.youtube.com/watch?v=Eyd-e7J3zFI
D. *Zottman Curl/Roman Chair Dips (Weighted) — 3 supersets x 8-12 reps of each exercise
Add Weighted Core to end of this workout if you didn't do it on Dy#3
